Contact us within 30 days of receipt if a package arrives with an item not in the order or the product seems to be damaged. We will gladly exchange the unwanted or damaged item for a suitable replacement.
Please generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. No return or exchange is accepted without a RMA Number. Contact us immediately with detailed information about the source of the issue.
If you don’t want to wait until the damage or loss investigation is completed and you want us to send a replacement item right away, please contact us. We will ship the item right out to you (assuming it is in stock).

No refunds are issued if a customer requests reimbursement for return shipping charges without contacting Goggles101.
1.In which circumstance, we provide replacement?
A: if customer find the item is not the same as actual picture or description. or there is some defect or broken on item, we provide replacement (Please fill in the Return & Exchange form),and a Return request must be no later than 3 days from the day you received it. We will NOT give the compensation and a resend fee when you ship back items to us. When you ship back the items please send email to tell us the tracking number, make sure you pack the items well and no damage of them. We will NOT provide any replacement if we receive the damaged return items made by shipping cause.
B. If you find you have not been interested in certain items, we don't provide replacement. So please make sure you check the items properly before ordering.
C. When you receive goods, and find defective items, you should tell us in next 3 days. After that, we can not verify defective item is we provide, or broken by customer. So it is difficult to adjudge who to charge for liability.
D: If you are not satisfied with the quality the return shipping fees would be at the expense of the customer. Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
E. When we receive the items sent by customer we will verify the condition and send you replacement in our next shipment cycle in 1-2 business days.
F. If you place a new order, and seleted express shipping, we will send the replacements via Express Shipping again, unless you are willing to pay extra.
2. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and associated cost with the Site in a timely manner with a valid payment method.
3. When the items are signed by someone according to the record shown on the delivery system, we beleive that you have received the items. We cannot be responsible if the parcel is signed by someone else.
4. If you provide the wrong address or incorrect information and we have already shipped the items, you will have wait till we receive the undelivered items back to our warehouse and will re-ship them to new address provided by you for reship fee of USD 10.
5. If the customer is not satisfied with the item or quality of the product, we will be happy to refund the money or exchange, but we will charge either a reshipping fee of USD 10 or restocking fee USD 10 whatever is applicable.

Notice: Please provide actually picture of damaged items, we will NOT accept the return case without proof.
As per our policy, and whatever the reason given by the client, we will not process any refund to clients after an order is shipped! Though, we are always doing our utmost to accommodate clients and handle exchanges on their request.
Would an order settled by credit card be canceled before its shipment, and if client requests a refund, we would do so.
Credit card payment will be refunded since we send email to tell you. The process refunded proceeded by the bank will take about 4-6 working days. For more details you can ask your bank.
Please keep in mind that you are buying cheap sunglasses, though we ensure they are high quality but you cannot compare them to branded or high-quality sun glasses, else we would be selling them at a higher price.
