How to process my order and delivery the eyeglasses?

Awaiting Fulfillment - Once you have made a payment with your credit card (Visa) or with PayPal, your order is placed in Awaiting Fulfillment Status. We will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to.

Completed - Your order has now been approved and we will quality check and packing up the items.

Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number. You can track your package by login with your user id and password.

Usually item will dispatch on next business day and arrive within 15 to 20 days, or depends on the shipping option you have choosen on checkout. We will send update to your email address in every process. Please remind your email box.

In general, the local optical shops provide general adjustment complimentarily. Sure, we will adjust the glasses perfectly before send.

How to pay? Any charge for the postage?
Customers can pay through PayPal or Credit Card. All products are shipped using regular mail free of charge. If item needs to sent by special postal service (e.g. Insurance or SpeedPost), we will charge the postal fee on the bases of Postal service.

I need my order shipped to a totally different person, in another city or country.
We accept online orders with a shipping address in a different city or country than where the card is issued, but we may require you to send us proof of credit card signed or some other documents before actually processing the order, which may delay the order by few days.
